Care instructions

Wall hangings - please make sure your wall hanging is not in direct sunlight.

Coasters -  wipe off with water.

Key chains – may have smudges from normal wear and tear. Just wipe off with soap and water.

Ornaments - please make sure your ornament isn’t in direct sunlight. Ornaments may crack from too much humidity in the air, or if to dry.

Please make sure to keep any wood products out of the sun or extreme heat. 

Do you use lasers to wood burn?

NO! Each piece is wood burned by hand. We do not use a machine to make any of our products. No lasers here! I take pride that each piece is done by me.

Why is the size different?

We try and do approximate measurements for everything. Some products may vary for example ornaments and wall hangings as each piece of wood is unique.  

How quick do you ship?

We generally ship within 5 business days for non personalized items, personalized or customer orders may take up to 10 business days to ship. Tracking is available for all shipments. We encourage you to sign up for tracking updates at https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction were you can get updates via email or text. 

Is the item pictured in a listing the exact piece I get?

No, every order is made to order. There may be some different lines on the wood, the bark on the outside may look different, and the picture may be centered a bit different than shown. Some pieces of wood have their own unique features which may show up in the product. Anything with noticeable blemishes we do not use.

Returns? Refunds? Exchanges?

Returns are not accepted.

Refunds are limited. If something is wrong with your item upon arrival please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. If we send you an incorrect item and you return it with a prepaid label (by us). If your item is damaged in shipping please contact us. Most carriers will require that you provide pictures of the package, packaging material, damaged items, etc. You may even have to take everything into their physical location for inspection. FAILURE TO COOPERATE MAY BE GROUNDS FOR THE INSURANCE COMPANY TO DENY THE COVERAGE AND THE CLAIM WILL BE DENIED AND CLOSED BY BURNING CREATIONS.
